Defination of me

I am black not be the opposite of white but to indice all mentalities
Share the world through my eyes ,delight in being me
as each day brings its struggles  that ignite this Love of self within a world of doubt
I am African not to be the opposite of Europian but to be the otherside of the coin
that holds the same value in its own unique way
Understanding that wisdom is not a hat worn by the gray
And that the Creator made us  different for a reason
I am Female not to be the opposite of male but to be that gentle voice that calms, comfort and cares
The hand that will paint your reflection in all genders
multiplying it to be a nation
I am, not to try and dance to the rhythm of someone that was
But to make my own rhythm and to let this soul sing its own song
I am Me
